Redundant po/rpmpopt.pot file causing problems

Description

This additional POT file is causing some problems, like confusing Transifex [1]. Tx apparently thinks that this is the proper POT file. Please remove it from every active branch (master, 4.6.x, and 4.7.x), if it's possible.
