Temporary restrictions on bug reporting (Mar 25th 2011)
Due to a big surge in spam tickets in recent times, ticket creation and modification have temporarily been restricted to “known users”. Better ways to deal with ticket spam are being investigated and the restriction will be naturally lifted once a better solution is in place.
